5. Orders & Payment

When you place an order on Imperial Topup, you are making an offer to purchase Digital Products at the listed price. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We currently accept payments through Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, and wallet balance. Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may be changed at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for any fees charged by your mobile financial service provider.

6. Delivery of Digital Products

Upon successful payment verification, Digital Products are delivered as follows:
(a) Instant in‑game delivery via your provided Player ID / UID;
(b) Direct account credit reflected in your wallet balance.
Delivery typically occurs within seconds to minutes. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to third‑party publisher delays or manual review requirements. You must provide the correct game ID, server region, and any other required information at the time of purchase. Imperial Topup is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect user‑provided information.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the intangible and consumable nature of Digital Products, all sales are considered final once delivery has been completed. Refunds are issued only under the following limited circumstances:
(a) You were charged but the product was not delivered within 24 hours due to our error;
(b) The delivered product materially differs from the product description on our Site;
(c) A duplicate charge occurred for the same order.
Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the transaction. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or your Imperial Topup wallet balance within 5‑7 business days.

8. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:
(a) Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws of Bangladesh;
(b) Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading transaction information;
(c) Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or reverse‑engineer any part of our system;
(d) Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions, referral programs, or evade bans;
(e) Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Services.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, transaction reversal, and/or permanent banning without refund.

9. Fraud Detection & Account Suspension

Imperial Topup employs an automated fraud scoring engine that evaluates every deposit and purchase attempt. If your transaction triggers a high fraud score, your account may be temporarily suspended for 24 hours, and all pending transactions will be automatically rejected. You may view your cooldown timer on your Profile page and, if you believe the suspension was erroneous, file an appeal. Our admin team reviews all appeals promptly.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including logos, text, graphics, icons, images, software, and the “Imperial Topup” brand name—is the exclusive property of Imperial Topup or its licensors and is protected by the copyright and trademark laws of Bangladesh. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Imperial Topup, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific transaction.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good‑faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
